Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period over email or use the withdraw link HERE.

How to Return Your Order
1. Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order — either through your order overview HERE or by emailing shop@gmbhgmbh.eu with your order number and whether you’d like to ship the item yourself or have us send a prepaid shipping label.

2. Send your return to:

3. Pack the item securely and include your packing slip or order number.
4. The return must be sent using a trackable shipping method. You’re responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Condition of returned items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of use beyond what’s needed to check its fit, features, or function, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value.

Gesetzliche Gewährleistung

Gesetzliche Gewährleistung
Als Verbraucher haben Sie das gesetzliche Recht auf eine zweijährige Gewährleistung gemäß der EU-Richtlinie 2019/771 über den Warenkauf. Diese gesetzliche Gewährleistung gilt für alle bei uns gekauften Waren und deckt Mängel ab, die zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung bereits vorhanden waren.

Im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung haben Sie Anspruch auf:

• Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung der mangelhaften Ware
• Preisminderung oder Vertragsauflösung, sofern eine Nachbesserung oder Ersatzlieferung nicht möglich oder zumutbar ist

Mängel müssen uns innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nach Entdeckung gemeldet werden. Bei Mängeln, die innerhalb der ersten zwölf Monate nach Lieferung auftreten, wird vermutet, dass diese bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung vorlagen.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to a two-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of goods. This legal guarantee applies to all goods purchased from us and covers defects that existed at the time of delivery.

Under the legal guarantee, you are entitled to:

• Repair or replacement of the defective goods
• A price reduction or termination of the contract, if repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate

Defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after discovery. For defects that appear within the first twelve months after delivery, it is presumed that they already existed at the time of delivery.
